To guarantee this standard, precise quality control is required. iBlade® has developed an innovative measuring system for saw blades with a diameter of up to 800 mm. The SawControl SC 800M has up to three special lenses that capture live images of the tooth geometry in vertical and horizontal orientation at the same time. The live images are measured and documented using our new “Tool Inspector” software.
